Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with functional end users and develop team to support implemented Oracle Applications, Development Tools, and 3rd party solutions.
  • Work with Systems DBA and infrastructure team to coordinate upgrades, patches and resolve any cross functional issues.
  • Supports the development team for functional enhancements, trouble shooting and resolution.
  • Assists the Test and Infrastructure team to resolve any cross functional issues.
  • Plans and coordinates application/tools changes, installation of upgrades, patches and new versions, interacting with Systems DBA and Infrastructure teams.
